BMW Wheels of Joy - ​Terms and Conditions ​
 

  1. By entering this raffle, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any raffle entry and participation instructions form part of these terms and conditions. Any entries not complying with these terms and conditions will not be valid.
  2. This raffle is only open to UAE residents aged 18 years or over with a valid UAE driving license. Any person who has entered the raffle and who is found to be under 18 years of age will automatically forfeit any prize. AGMC reserves the right to require proof of identity and age.
  3. The winning entries will be selected from all entries received by the closing date and prizes awarded in order of selection.
  4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and no cash alternative will be available. The person registered in the draw will be the only person entitled to the prize.
  5. Any individual who is currently employed by AGMC or an organization involved in the competition is not eligible to participate.
  6. Winners will be notified on the draw date.
  7. AGMC reserves the right to reject your entry and/or award any prize to an alternative winner if the promoter has grounds to believe that you have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
  8. If a prize cannot be delivered within a 90-day period following the date of the draw using the details provided to AGMC, this prize will be forfeited.
  9. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit AGMC liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other matter for which liability may not be limited by law.

Winning Logic:
 
  1. The three prize categories for each draw are as follows:
     
    • First Prize - Match Four out of Four BMW Models - the winner has correctly matched all four BMW models in any order (sequence) which has been selected during the live draw.
    • Second Prize - Match Three out of Four BMW Models – the winner has correctly matched 3 BMW models in any sequence of the winning selection from the live draw.
    • Third Prize - Match Two out of Four BMW Models – the winner has correctly matched 2 BMW models in any sequence of the winning selection from the live draw.
       
  2. If more than one participant has matched the winning selection correctly, the participant whose entry was registered first will win the prize. 

Prizes:
 
  1. First Prize – BMW X5 for 1 year. Milage is limited to 25,000 Km.
  2. Second Prize – BMW M Bicycle
  3. Third Prize – BMW Watch
